WHAT WE DO
The full compliance stack. Documentation, sourcing, and a network built for federally-funded infrastructure projects.
The October 2025 FHWA waiver rescission ended the administrative shortcuts for sourcing US-made components for federally-funded infrastructure. Full domestic content documentation is now required on every federally-funded project — line item by line item. We built a service around that requirement, and expanded it to cover the two problems that follow: getting the right steel, and getting it documented from the start.
Compliance. Simplified.
Build America, Buy American Act (BABA) Compliance Documentation
The end-to-end service for projects that can't afford a failed audit.
We take the documentation burden off your team entirely. That means reviewing your material list for BABA coverage, identifying what each line item requires, contacting every supplier in the chain, and assembling a complete, indexed traceability package before the steel ships.
Mill test reports. Heat numbers. Step certifications. Fabricator self-certification letters in FHWA-compliant format. Galvanizing certificates. We know what every document type needs to say — and we know how to get it out of suppliers who have never seen a federal compliance request before.

Sourcing
Compliant Sourcing
Fabricators and materials sourced with the paperwork built in from the start.
BABA compliance doesn't begin at documentation — it begins at the supplier. A fabricator who has never produced a step certification, or a hardware supplier who's never had an MTR request, will create delays that no amount of documentation work can fix after the fact.
Our fabricator network is built from domestic shops that understand federal compliance requirements and have the certifications to back them up. When your project calls for a fabricator who can perform and document, we make and manage the connection.
For miscellaneous metals — structural angle, flat bar, embedded plates, anchor rods, hardware — we source with compliance built in from the PO: domestic origin confirmed at procurement, MTRs and certifications requested before the material ships. The documentation is ready when the material arrives.
